Conduct thorough claim investigations, including coverage review and subrogation assessment
Oversee medical issues and coordinate appointments without delay
Partner with the Team Manager to spot potential red flags
Maintain complete, accurate, and current claim documentation
Process medical payments accurately and within required timelines

Prasības

Pass licensing examinations required in the applicable states
Complete continuing education credits required to maintain licensure
Attend training and develop working knowledge of workers’ compensation laws for assigned states
Communicate effectively in both spoken and written forms
Apply strong analytical judgment and careful attention to detail
Manage competing priorities accurately and efficiently through effective time management
Deliver professional, courteous customer service
Use the Microsoft Office suite proficiently
Demonstrate PC literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products
Stay organized across daily claim responsibilities
Collaborate effectively in a team setting
Meet or exceed established performance competencies
Identify necessary next steps and take proactive action
Work across multiple systems and software programs while managing concurrent tasks
Be comfortable working on-site to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional relationships
Complete role-related post-offer verification requirements if selected as a finalist
