Apraksts

  • Plan and oversee Caribbean marketing campaigns with the Brand Associate Director and Global Brand & Marketing team.
  • Lead promotional plans across web, digital advertising, email, social media, print, events, partnerships, photoshoots, and collateral to grow revenue in primary and secondary markets.
  • Adjust marketing plans as sales trends and business needs change.
  • Maintain a consistent identity across marketing and social media channels for the property and Belmond globally.
  • Work with Operations and Marketing to shape guest experiences, and partner with Human Resources to build the property’s brand culture.
  • Develop partnerships with luxury brands, cultural institutions, artists, community programs, wellness practitioners, and chefs.
  • Advance regional sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage the Sales & Marketing Assistant in Anguilla, supporting development, required training, and regional brand alignment.
  • Host key partners, influencers, and media, and represent Belmond at industry events to build business and visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, data, and competitor activity to understand target guests and their interests.

Prasības

  • University or college degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of marketing experience; experience with an international luxury hotel brand or in the Caribbean market is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated people leadership, with strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
  • Creative approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work in both indoor and outdoor hotel settings, including sun, humidity, and changing weather.
