Apraksts

  • Provide corporate accounting and financial support across a growing global software portfolio.
  • Assist with monthly accounting, including journal entries and analysis, to support accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and complete intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support consolidation across portfolio companies, maintaining monthly updates and quarterly revisions to annual financial statements.
  • Check business unit reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators for leadership.
  • Collaborate with finance leaders across the group.
  • Prepare interim and year-end working papers for financial and tax audits.
  • Conduct ad hoc management analysis to inform operating decisions.

Prasības

  • Hold a degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, such as a BBA or BComm.
  • A CPA designation or progress toward one is a strong asset.
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Bring advanced Excel skills and strong financial reporting experience.
  • Demonstrate strong organization and the ability to respond professionally to shifting priorities and ad hoc requests.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, with a proven ability to work with managers at all levels.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is an asset.
