Junior Data Analyst
Investigate insurance data, service requests and performance metrics at Stefanini Brasil. Use SQL and Power BI to support cooperatives and business teams, with Python for small automations.

- Investigate requests involving data, reports, Power BI and insurance metrics
- Help cooperatives and business teams understand and interpret data
- Trace discrepancies to their source, including data, business rules or metric interpretation
- Run queries and analyses in SQL
- Explore databases to investigate scenarios and answer user questions
- Explain findings and conclusions clearly to non-technical audiences
- Create small automations and process data with Python when needed
- Spot recurring requests and opportunities to improve data, reports or documentation
- Track requests and keep activities, priorities and blockers organized
- Bring in teammates when an investigation requires deeper technical analysis
Prasības
- Work on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week on site at CAS
- Live in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, or nearby
- Have prior data analysis experience
- Use SQL to run queries and investigate issues independently
- Navigate Power BI to validate and investigate information
- Bring strong analytical and problem investigation skills
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Work independently and stay organized while managing daily responsibilities
- Understand business rules and connect them to data
- Show interest in developing technical skills in data
- Python skills for small automations and data manipulation are preferred
- Databricks experience is preferred
- Basic familiarity with Lake or Lakehouse environments is preferred
- Experience with Jira or other request management tools is preferred
- Insurance industry or brokerage experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of insurance products, metrics, processes and business rules is an advantage
- Experience working with cooperatives is an advantage
