  • Maintain and optimize the Windows server environment
  • Provision and administer virtual systems using VMware vSphere
  • Develop and manage endpoint devices with Baramundi Management Suite and Microsoft Intune
  • Provide second- and third-level support for internal IT services
  • Help plan, coordinate, and implement IT projects

Prasības

  • Completed IT training or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience working in an IT environment
  • Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Intune, supported by relevant certifications
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DFS, and PowerShell
  • Practical experience or relevant certifications in deploying, administering, and troubleshooting Citrix, including ADC/NetScaler, and Microsoft Exchange
  • Experience automating software distribution across client and server systems
  • Practical knowledge of incident and service request management processes
  • Confident use of modern collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams
