Apraksts

  • Grow Midas’s communities and presence across relevant social platforms.
  • Create content and conversations suited to each platform to increase engagement and strengthen brand affinity.
  • Find and connect with experienced investors and community leaders.
  • Explain Midas products to advanced investors through educational content that covers use cases and risks without hype or hard selling.
  • Present product launches to the community as useful information.
  • Build a feedback loop around members’ product questions and difficulties.
  • Track community health through active contributors, retention, discussion quality, follower numbers, and engagement.
  • Use community insights and metrics to identify next steps.

Prasības

  • Experience building a community or social account from the ground up, ideally in finance, crypto, or another technical niche.
  • Know how X, Reddit, and Telegram work, including their platform mechanics and practices for building trust.
  • Write clearly and sharply in Turkish.
  • Good written English is an advantage.
  • Know options, warrants, VİOP, and margin trading, or be able to learn and explain them accurately, including their risks.
  • Be able to earn experienced traders’ trust; existing connections in Türkiye’s trading community are a strong advantage.
  • Distinguish educational content from investment advice and know when to consult compliance.
  • Use data to set and interpret metrics and adjust strategy.
  • Be comfortable working without a playbook, owning work from start to finish, and collaborating with product, design, and compliance.
