Hybrid Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) – Child or Adult
LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed therapist to provide outpatient care for children, adolescents, and/or adults. The role combines in-person sessions with telehealth from a home office and includes clinical consultation support.

- Conduct telehealth sessions from a home office within a hybrid schedule
- Join weekly case consultations and peer consultation groups
- Focus on clinical care while dedicated staff manage credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collections
Prasības
- Hold an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license
- Be able to provide therapy for children or adults
- Have experience in outpatient clinical practice
- Be able to provide telehealth from a home office
- Be available to work full-time or part-time
