German-Speaking Legal Counsel Intern
Support Free2move’s legal team with contracts, compliance, GDPR, and litigation research. Work in an international automotive and mobility setting.
Apraksts
- Research consumer, business, contract, GDPR, and digital law.
- Prepare legal memoranda, summaries, and internal training and support materials.
- Help draft, review, and update NDAs, service agreements, amendments, data processing agreements, and other contracts.
- Track legal and regulatory changes relevant to Free2move.
- Assist with compliance work, including GDPR and consumer protection.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for litigation and debt recovery.
- Compile case files and maintain organized documentation.
- Support internal legal tools, including the contract database, document archive, and deadline tracking.
- Work with teams across an international mobility and automotive business.
Prasības
- Be pursuing a master’s degree in business law, contract law, digital law, or a related field.
- Have strong command of French, English, and German.
- Show interest in mobility, innovation, and digital services.
- Be organized, thorough, proactive, and collaborative.
- Commit to a six-month, full-time paid internship.
- Be available to start as soon as possible, no later than November or December 2026.
- Be able to work 35 hours per week.
