  • Ability to lead through influence and build strong partnerships with Product and Design.
  • Bias for action and ability to refocus work on business outcomes.
  • Experience with AI engineering and AI-native workflows across the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with architecture, code quality, legacy-system decoupling, developer experience, system health, and technical debt.
  • Ability to work in Vancouver, Canada, in a hybrid role.
  • Appropriate working rights in Canada.
