Apraksts

  • Lead and mentor a team of approximately 8–10 content creatives
  • Maintain high-quality creative output that meets client and company objectives
  • Direct content strategy in line with client goals
  • Monitor social and pop culture developments to uncover innovative social-first opportunities
  • Work across functions to bring ideas to life across multiple media platforms
  • Build and present creative concepts, win client approval, and align stakeholders
  • Encourage bold, experimental approaches to storytelling
  • Report directly to the Head of Content
  • Produce premium, emotionally compelling content that connects technology and lifestyle with human-centered narratives

Prasības

  • At least 8 years of creative leadership experience in a social or creative agency
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on successful, high-impact social media campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver sophisticated, emotionally engaging social content that blends technology and lifestyle into compelling human stories
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and challenge teams to produce impactful work
  • Previous experience managing creative professionals
  • Deep understanding of social media and pop culture trends
  • Strong presentation skills, including securing buy-in and aligning clients and internal teams
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • A valid EU work permit
