Apraksts

  • Lead and grow high-performing accounting and quote analyst teams
  • Apply ASC 606 and ASC 340 across SaaS, professional services, and usage-based revenue models
  • Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Legal, and Professional Services on complex contracts, revenue, billing and tax, commissions, and go-to-market considerations
  • Manage and continuously improve revenue, billing, and accounts receivable policies, reporting, and controls
  • Oversee commissions accounting, including accruals, payouts, and alignment with bookings and revenue
  • Set collection strategy, improve DSO, and manage billing, cash application, and purchase-order and portal compliance
  • Direct audit readiness and execution, including multiple international external audits involving complex deals
  • Deliver actionable revenue and accounts receivable insights to the executive team
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as M&A, revenue predictability, and board reporting

Prasības

  • At least 10 years of experience in revenue accounting, commissions, quoting, and accounts receivable within a SaaS environment
  • Advanced knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 340, and subscription-based revenue models
  • Experience managing billing and collections, including DSO and cash-flow performance
  • Strong command of quote-to-cash platforms such as Salesforce/CPQ and NetSuite
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Finance, go-to-market, and executive leaders
  • Experience designing and scaling processes in a fast-moving, dynamic organization
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience leading combined revenue, commissions, quote review, and accounts receivable functions preferred
  • Experience with complex deal structures involving pricing, multiple entities, and global operations preferred
  • Experience applying AI or automation to quote-to-cash systems and processes preferred
  • Must be eligible for employment in the United States through participation in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program
