DevOps Engineer (Remote, Poland)
Join Crystal Intelligence as a DevOps Engineer supporting Kubernetes, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure for its blockchain analytics platform. You will build deployments, monitoring systems, and secure production environments.

- Contribute to the Platform team.
- Administer cloud and non-cloud services, with Kubernetes as the primary runtime.
- Report to the DevOps Lead.
- Develop and manage projects across hybrid infrastructure.
- Configure and support internal services.
- Create and operate monitoring systems.
- Build and deploy infrastructure environments.
- Lead bare-metal deployment initiatives.
- Coordinate performance and integration testing.
- Enhance the existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with software engineering and QA teams.
Prasības
- At least four years of continuous experience in DevOps or IT systems administration.
- Hands-on knowledge of Unix/Linux servers, including Debian/Ubuntu and RHEL/CentOS.
- Solid understanding of standard IT security practices.
- Experience designing and maintaining hybrid infrastructure.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines; GitHub Actions experience is a plus.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and SaltStack.
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies.
- Ability to conduct root-cause analysis of production incidents.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2 requirements, and CIS benchmarks.
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including clustering.
- Proficiency in Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Policy as Code (PaC).
- Experience deploying, testing, and administering Kubernetes clusters.
- Strong working knowledge of Git.
- Experience using log management tools.
- Strong scripting ability in Bash, Python, or comparable languages.
- Experience monitoring applications and infrastructure in production.
- Good understanding of software development practices and processes.
- Practical experience with advanced networking, including local and global networks, ACLs, firewalls, VPN tunnels, and advanced routing.
- Availability for 24/7 on-call support in the event of a disaster.
- AWS or Google Cloud Platform experience is an advantage.
- Microsoft 365 experience is an advantage.
