Customer Service Representative, 1st Shift
Coordinate warehouse workloads, inventory, freight records, and customer orders. Support GXO Logistics’ supply-chain operations on the first shift.
Apraksts
- Coordinate warehouse staffing and driver workloads
- Prepare work orders, resolve order issues, and correct discrepancies
- Assign and release orders for loading and unloading
- Allocate inventory to orders and investigate stock availability
- Record inbound and outbound freight details in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Prepare bills of lading
- Maintain and produce required reports
- Process, review, and file operational documents
- Help managers and supervisors with inventory, packing slips, reports, and customer order fulfillment
Prasības
- Use Microsoft Office proficiently
- Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees, and management
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
- Flexible schedule availability when needed is desirable
- One year of customer service experience is desirable
- Six months of warehouse experience is desirable
- A pre-employment drug test may be required after a conditional offer
- Follow GXO COVID safety policies and applicable CDC, OSHA, state, and local requirements
