Apraksts

  • Lead the growth of Shake Shack’s in-house creative studio and creative capabilities
  • Turn business and brand briefs into concepts with a clear point of view
  • Present creative ideas and make the case for them to senior stakeholders
  • Direct integrated campaign development across channels
  • Shape Shake Shack’s brand identity, tone, craft standards, and distinctive brand assets
  • Art direct photography and video from casting through post-production
  • Coordinate creative work across internal teams and external partners
  • Guide designers, copywriters, agencies, and production partners in delivering creative work
  • Work with the Director of Creative Studio on resourcing, partner selection, scopes, budgets, and production models
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the creative team
  • Set clear feedback standards and support a collaborative creative culture
  • Report to the VP of Marketing and work across Brand Marketing, Culinary, Operations, and Digital

Prasības

  • Bring 8 to 10 years of professional creative experience, including 3 to 5 years leading creative teams
  • Show a record of developing integrated campaigns with measurable cultural and business impact
  • Provide a portfolio with at least one campaign led from concept through execution
  • Agency and in-house experience is preferred, ideally in food, beverage, hospitality, or another high-frequency consumer category
  • Demonstrate strong conceptual development, copywriting, art direction, and production skills
  • Have strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
  • Balance creative ambition with business goals and operational constraints
  • Maintain creative standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
