  • Direct creative for major energy accounts by turning briefs into distinctive concepts
  • Create integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, video, experiential, and earned media
  • Coach and lead creative teams through high-quality execution
  • Present creative recommendations clearly and persuasively to internal and external audiences
  • Manage competing workstreams with urgency, precision, and sustained focus

Prasības

  • At least 12 years of creative experience in an agency or studio environment, including senior leadership
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual and executional work
  • Based in the Philadelphia or New Jersey area for select accounts
  • Experience with energy, sustainability, or behavior-change campaigns is preferred
  • Proficiency with emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted workflows
  • Strong strategic judgment and communication abilities
  • Comfort leading in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
  • A collaborative, perceptive, and clear working style
  • Strategic vision paired with practical execution
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and teach others
  • Confidence presenting and selling ambitious creative ideas
  • Adaptability when priorities and circumstances change
  • Strong interest in design and storytelling
  • Ability to lead with excellence, empathy, and urgency
