Represent clients in commercial, employment, liability, cyber security, and other civil disputes for Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. This hybrid Buffalo role focuses on legal research, persuasive writing, advocacy, and litigation support.

- Manage civil litigation matters within the Buffalo office practice groups
- Work across commercial, cyber security, employment, general liability, product liability, toxic tort, and other litigation matters
- Perform legal research and prepare written work
- Develop persuasive arguments and support litigation activities
- Complete assignments independently with limited supervision
- Provide high-quality client service and build professional relationships
Prasības
- Three or more years of experience handling commercial, cyber security, employment, general liability, product liability, toxic tort, or other litigation
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking abilities
- Strong academic record
- Demonstrated legal research skills
- Ability to complete assignments with limited supervision
- Trial experience is preferred but not required
- Admission to practice law in New York and submission of a cover letter, resume, and writing sample are required.
