  • Provide CAD and polylining support for IWMS/CAFM implementations
  • Keep CAD drawings current
  • Integrate CAD drawings with CAFM/IWMS platforms
  • Check AutoCAD files and field redlines for completeness
  • Run checks for missing or duplicate polylines, gaps, and overlaps
  • Assign unique identifiers to spaces
  • Prepare _Arch, _Floor, and _Poly drawings
  • Draw polylines and label room numbers
  • Record required polyline updates
  • Connect polylines to SpaceID blocks
  • Upload drawings and published background files to client account servers
  • Publish Architectural, Furniture, and Column files
  • Create and maintain each client’s master drawing library
  • Load CAD Space Codes, areas, and coordinates from drawings
  • Enter space categories, types, standards, room numbers, names, and business organization data in CAFM/IWMS platforms
  • Record required additions or changes to attributes in FMS or other CAFM systems
  • Update space categories, types, standards, employee and room names, and organization codes based on field redlines
  • Support IWMS enhancements
  • Carry out other assigned duties

Prasības

  • Degree in engineering, architecture, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least three years of hands-on experience in CAD drafting, CAD/CAFM operations, space planning, or a related technical field
  • Strong working knowledge of CAD, CAFM, and IWMS systems
  • Strong knowledge of polylines, blocks, layers, Xrefs, room numbering, area calculations, drawing cleanup, and CAD drawing standards
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word
  • Experience using CAD/CAFM/IWMS data to deliver projects
  • Experience managing multiple CAD/CAFM/IWMS implementations and projects at the same time in remote settings
  • Ability to inspect and validate CAD drawings for gaps, overlaps, duplicate entities, missing or incorrect polylines, and other inconsistencies
  • Practical experience integrating CAD drawings with CAFM/IWMS platforms, mapping space data, linking room identifiers and attributes, and updating space information
  • Experience uploading and publishing drawings, maintaining master drawing libraries, managing versions, and keeping space data accurate and consistent across systems
  • Skill in preparing technical documentation, analysing and validating data in Excel, and maintaining QA checklists and process documentation
  • Ability to use Claude for technical documentation, Excel analysis, drafting and troubleshooting AutoLISP/Python scripts, automating repetitive CAD and data tasks, and creating CAD quality checklists
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate ideas concisely and summarize them without personal bias
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Ability to build relationships that can lead to long-term assignments
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Understanding of and experience implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement programs
