Apraksts

  • Schedule and complete surveys with participants from an assigned list
  • Complete an average of one survey per day or five per week
  • Conduct confidential surveys by video or in person, according to participant preference
  • Use company-provided technology and follow established protocols
  • Record participant responses accurately and maintain confidentiality
  • Communicate with participants professionally and respectfully
  • Show empathy and cultural sensitivity in participant interactions
  • Coordinate with the research team on project questions and updates
  • Use the provided translation service when needed
  • Manage your schedule and complete assignments within project expectations
  • Gather statewide survey data on quality of life and satisfaction among people receiving state-supported services

Prasības

  • Fluent in spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct interviews in both languages
  • Experience conducting interviews, surveys, or research
  • Experience supporting older adults, people with disabilities, or other underserved groups through social services, community outreach, or related work
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Comfort conducting interviews by video and in person
  • Well organized and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and digital tools
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation and access to a personal vehicle for in-person interviews
  • Able to follow project protocols and meet deadlines
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and show empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity

  • $50 for completing pre-training modules
  • $300 for completing mandatory virtual training on November 3–5, 2026
  • $50 for completing required post-training knowledge and skills assessments, for eligible contractors
  • Payment of $90 per completed video survey
  • Payment of $100 or more per completed in-person survey, depending on travel distance
