Join Kinaxis in Tokyo to help customers define requirements, configure Maestro, and validate supply chain solutions. The role also includes customer training, data integration support, and solution testing.

- Explore customer business needs in detailed requirements sessions
- Prepare requirements specifications
- Help the Solution Architect develop practical solutions to complex business challenges while following best practices
- Learn Kinaxis Maestro and configure solutions
- Train customer end users to use configured solutions
- Track supply chain industry trends and compare customer practices with relevant benchmarks
- Help customers realize the business benefits set out in their business cases
- Assist with solution validation and testing, and record user feedback
- Support data management and integration work
- Handle other reasonable project tasks assigned by senior team members
Prasības
- Graduating in 2028 or 2029
- BS, MS, or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong academic record
- Interest in customer-facing work
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to learn Kinaxis Maestro
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Able to collaborate with teammates and people at all organizational levels
- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly in spoken and written English and Japanese
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Available for an on-site internship in Tokyo from July 26 to August 6
