AI Implementation Intern
Help configure and test AI hiring agents for MakiPeople’s enterprise recruitment platform. Support client launches, onboarding, and change management at large organizations.

- Help shape candidate journeys, track outcomes, and support smooth client onboarding.
- Configure MakiPeople’s AI agents around each client’s hiring processes and needs.
- Test agent configurations, review results, and refine them with Implementation Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Work with Science, Technology, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align configurations with client needs.
- Build and improve implementation tracking processes in ClickUp.
- Support strategic work on enterprise projects and organizational change.

- Experience with ClickUp, Lovable, Claude, Cursor, or Linear—or the ability to learn new tools quickly—is a bonus.
- Some coding experience or experience building with AI tools is a bonus.
