PwC is hiring an AI Governance Director to lead enterprise governance, risk, and controls engagements in New York City. The role advises executives, strengthens client relationships, develops teams, and advances responsible AI practices.

Prasības
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 8 years of professional experience
- Preference for study in accounting, business administration or management, computer science or information systems, cybersecurity, economics, engineering, finance, mathematics or statistics, or project or technology management
- Experience with AI/ML governance, risk, controls, audit, testing, and validation
- Understanding of AI lifecycles and risk frameworks including NIST and ISO
- Experience designing and evaluating AI governance models, policies, standards, and control programs
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in risk governance and compliance strategies
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives that advance technology
- Ability to develop executive-level client relationships and support business growth
- Ability to turn complex visions into actionable business strategies
- Ability to mentor emerging leaders and promote collaboration
- Ability to recognize market opportunities and convert them into successful outcomes
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
