Accounts Payable Specialist – AVL, Érd, Hungary (On-site)
Process supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments for AVL’s finance operations in Érd, Hungary. Support an automotive mobility technology company through accurate accounts payable administration.
Apraksts
- Respond to supplier inquiries by phone and email, resolving invoice and payment issues
- Review and process supplier invoices in line with company procedures
- Handle non-compliant documents and keep workflow records accurate
- Post and block invoices for payment, including recurring and non-purchase-order transactions
- Process supplier and intercompany payments, including urgent requests
- Reconcile supplier statements, investigate discrepancies, and provide timely status updates
Prasības
- College degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Three to five years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a related finance function
- Professional English proficiency; German is highly preferred
- Experience with IFRS or other international accounting standards
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Well-developed analytical and decision-making abilities
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Ability to recognize patterns and document processes as needed
- Willingness to travel internationally
