- Review and process invoices accurately
- Match invoices to purchase orders and confirm authorization and payment records are complete
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and assist with payment runs
- Create, update, and resolve purchase orders
- Reconcile supplier statements, trade accounts, and accounts payable ledgers
- Reconcile amounts due to creditors and investigate outstanding balances or discrepancies
- Support accounts payable analysis, audits, and financial reviews
- Handle accounts payable tickets
- Create and maintain vendor records in the ERP system
- Verify staff reimbursements and receipts
- Pay suppliers and track discounts, contracts, and invoices
- Support monthly account reconciliations across the finance team
- Take on other accounting and office tasks and provide administrative support
- Identify ways to improve processes, simplify procedures, expand automation, and apply best practices
Prasības
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or finance
- At least three years of experience in an accounts payable role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and time management abilities
- Careful attention to detail
- Professional, dedicated, and flexible approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
- Confidence in building and maintaining strong working relationships
