Build commercial insurance experience at Travelers through risk analysis, training, and meaningful projects in a 10-week internship program.

- Learn insurance and underwriting fundamentals through core assignments and training modules.
- Complete self-paced development courses in time management, presentation skills, and other professional areas.
- Deliver substantive projects assigned by the manager.
- Work independently or with fellow interns and present findings to local leaders.
- Complete projects such as territory risk assessments and business process analyses.
- Use modern analytics and AI tools, and assess AI-assisted work for quality and accuracy.
- Explore Risk Control, Claims, and related corporate functions.
- Visit agencies with Account Executives.
- Take part in enterprise internship events, including the Executive Speaker Series, networking events, and the Rising Senior Intern Symposium.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
Reikalavimai
- Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer now and in the future.
- Pursuing or have earned a bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Pursuing or have earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Liberal Arts (business focus preferred), Management, Marketing, or Risk Management and Insurance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
