- Support the Affiliate Manager with TikTok Shop affiliate programmes across client accounts.
- Source and contact potential affiliates through direct outreach and TikTok creator tools.
- Assess creator suitability and Shop performance, looking beyond follower counts.
- Manage daily creator communications, onboarding and approvals.
- Keep affiliate pipelines organised across clients and campaigns.
- Coordinate product samples, verify creator details, track deliveries and follow up on posts.
- Maintain affiliate trackers and reports on active affiliates, published content and sales.
- Share performance insights and highlight effective approaches.
- Keep creators engaged and posting regularly.
- Collaborate with the Affiliate Manager and Shop, influencer, content, strategy and client teams.
- Build affiliate communities that produce content and deliver commercial results.
