  • Shape how customers use observability across their infrastructure and services.
  • Apply LLMs and machine learning infrastructure to develop customer-facing features.
  • Create systems and experiences that make large volumes of telemetry easier to understand.
  • Contribute to the architecture of a fast-growing platform.
  • Work with highly technical colleagues and customers.
  • Use the company’s product to strengthen its own system observability.
  • Enhance distributed system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Mentor engineers and uphold engineering standards.

Reikalavimai

  • Strong experience with at least one backend language, such as Go, Java, Python, or Rust.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Claude in daily software development.
  • Experience building and operating highly available production systems.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Experience designing scalable APIs using REST, gRPC, or GraphQL.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience taking projects from initial planning through delivery.
  • Ability to work autonomously and use good judgment about when to proceed or seek help.
  • Collaborative approach and commitment to a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting.
