Senior Manager, Agentic AI Platform (AgentCore)
Lead Protiviti’s consulting work to build secure enterprise AI agent platforms using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, MCP, and Databricks. Direct architecture, implementation, teams, and client delivery.

- Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable enterprise platforms for AI agents
- Act as technical lead for Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore implementations
- Design AgentCore Runtime, Gateway, Identity, Memory, Observability, and related platform features
- Design multi-agent, event-driven, and enterprise integration solutions
- Create reusable reference architectures, engineering patterns, and platform standards
- Guide architecture that connects AgentCore with AI capabilities hosted or managed in Databricks
- Develop reusable AWS CDK constructs, deployment templates, and automated pipelines
- Review code and define environment promotion, versioning, rollback, and release management practices
- Work with cloud security teams to establish IAM, networking, encryption, secrets, logging, and monitoring controls
- Resolve complex integration, permissions, deployment, and runtime problems
- Make MCP services available through AgentCore Gateway
- Securely connect agents to enterprise tools, APIs, Lambda functions, HTTP services, data platforms, and MCP servers
- Set controls for MCP tool registration, discovery, access, versioning, testing, and lifecycle management
- Design precise permissions and least-privilege access for agents and tools
- Address security, sensitive data, credential management, and auditability needs
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as management information systems, information systems, or computer science
- At least 7 years of experience in professional services or industry
- Required: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
- Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
- Experience architecting and implementing enterprise agentic AI platforms with Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
- Knowledge of AgentCore Runtime, Gateway, Identity, Memory, Observability, and related capabilities
- Experience designing agent workflows with tool use, context management, session state, memory, orchestration, and human oversight
- Experience with Databricks SQL, Unity Catalog, MLflow, vector search, data pipelines, and model-serving endpoints
- Experience with AWS CDK and reusable infrastructure constructs
- Experience with IAM, VPC networking, private connectivity, encryption, secrets management, logging, and monitoring controls
- Experience enabling MCP services through AgentCore Gateway and connecting agents to enterprise tools, APIs, Lambda functions, HTTP services, data platforms, and MCP servers
- Experience designing OAuth, service principal, identity passthrough, and machine-to-machine authentication patterns
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from local Protiviti offices and client sites, with possible travel locally or out of state
