Senior Gas Turbine Product Service Engineer
Provide Hot Gas Path product service engineering for GE Vernova gas turbine customers. Investigate field issues, support outages, and perform root cause analyses while improving service processes.

- Provide engineering support for GE Vernova gas turbines in the field.
- Resolve Hot Gas Path technical issues at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day technical problems and recommend solutions.
- Lead complex root cause analyses with long-term business implications.
- Support installed gas turbine Hot Gas Path systems through engineering expertise.
- Work with commercial, design, customer, Field Services, and development teams.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality engineering solutions on schedule.
- Assist Field Services teams during planned outages.
- Present technical information to customers and senior leaders.
- Prepare Technical Information Letters and Engineering Technical Communications.
- Use engineering tools and expertise to investigate field failures.
- Build internal partnerships and coordinate with internal and external suppliers.
- Find cost-effective solutions that address customer needs.
- Travel to customer sites for outages and technical review meetings.
- Help introduce new products.
- Take part in Lean Action Workouts and lead Kaizen projects.
- Improve Product Service processes and contribute to ongoing improvement.
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, materials science engineering, or a related engineering field from an accredited college or university.
- At least 8 years of experience in the design, repair, testing, manufacturing, operation, or maintenance of gas turbine Hot Gas Path systems.
- Able to travel internationally to customer gas turbine sites and offices.
- Willing and able to provide occasional support outside regular hours.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once and see projects through to completion.
- Demonstrated leadership in adverse conditions or situations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and people at all organizational levels.
- Work effectively across different cultures.
- Prior experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
- Initiative and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional projects.
- Able and motivated to identify and implement process improvements.
