Provide managed services and proactive and reactive support to global customers.
Integrate and maintain Akamai security, media, and performance solutions.
Oversee technical delivery for media, web, and security solutions, from design and testing through launch.
Advise customers proactively on technical matters.
Create value through each customer engagement.
Improve internal methods and processes through ongoing innovation.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during customer implementations.
Lead projects from initial design through implementation, testing, and sign-off.

Reikalavimai

At least 2 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma, bachelor's diploma, or equivalent.
Experience with internet technologies, including IP networks, DNS, routing, and communication protocols.
Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience in a technical customer-facing position.
Experience delivering consulting services.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or JavaScript.
A proactive approach and sense of urgency.
A strong desire to keep learning.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build trusting customer relationships.
