Part-Time Merchandiser and Order Writer — Garner, NC
Stock and merchandise Mondelēz snack brands in Garner-area stores, including Oreo and Ritz. Place orders, build promotional displays, and support retail sales.
Aprašymas
- Represent Mondelēz snack brands in stores, taking ownership of the biscuit aisle.
- Provide customer service to store teams and shoppers.
- Visit stores daily, follow DSD Merchandising Excellence standards, and capture display photos using DMI.
- Build relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff.
- Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked.
- Set up promotional displays and follow store plans negotiated by the RTM.
- Follow schedules and priorities provided by the RTM.
- Support seasonal sales, product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
- Share store insights, issues, and opportunities with the RTM and management team.
- Safely move products from stockrooms to store floors and shelves, including lifting and bending.
Reikalavimai
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver's license issued by your state of residence.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Bring a positive, professional attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Have a personal vehicle with valid insurance and be able to drive to multiple store locations.
- Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Occasionally push and pull more than 50 lbs.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Garner, NC.
- Be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
