- Build strong customer relationships while meeting merchandising needs.
- Stock shelves and maintain or update in-store displays.
- Represent Mondelēz to store staff and coordinate with sales representatives to improve product visibility.
- Assemble promotional displays.
- Visit stores in line with Mondelēz’s DSD merchandising procedures.
- Photograph displays at assigned stores.
- Order products on an iPad to keep shelves and displays stocked.
- Maintain Nabisco brand representation and product standards in line with Mondelēz guidelines.
- Ensure store managers follow plans negotiated by sales representatives.
- Report issues to the Mondelēz management team.
- Follow the daily schedule provided by the merchandising manager.
- Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive, energetic manner.
Reikalavimai
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid REAL ID driver’s license issued by your state of residence, a U.S. passport, or federal identification.
- Be able to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
- Bring a positive, professional attitude; be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
- Retail or grocery experience is preferred.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Ellicott City, Maryland.
- Be available to work four days per week, including one weekend day.
