Support American Express Hong Kong cardmember campaigns, digital marketing assets, and merchant partnerships. Track campaign results and prepare reports to help improve customer engagement, spending, and loyalty.
Aprašymas
- Plan and deliver cardmember offers, outbound marketing, and local and Greater Bay Area spending campaigns.
- Help create campaign materials for email, social media, website updates, and other marketing collateral.
- Work with merchant, technology, and other internal teams to coordinate timely campaign delivery.
- Handle day-to-day coordination and administration, including campaign tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Track campaign results and help prepare reports that highlight opportunities to improve performance.
- Support marketing programs and business priorities under the Assistant Marketing Manager’s direction.
Reikalavimai
- Bring 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in campaign delivery, digital marketing, or a related area.
- Relevant internship experience may be considered in place of full-time experience for recent graduates.
- Show initiative, attention to detail, curiosity, and a positive, practical approach to work.
- Organize competing tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Be familiar with digital marketing channels, social platforms, and campaign execution.
- Communicate well and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Have strong written and spoken English and Chinese skills, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Pass a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
