Aprašymas
- Review existing services and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and redesign
- Gather requirements and lead workshops
- Help develop future-state service models
- Work with key stakeholders to shape recommendations
- Contribute to the delivery of service improvements
Reikalavimai
- Work as an independent consultant
- Have experience delivering consulting or transformation projects, ideally in the public sector or local government
- Bring strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping and service redesign
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills
- Be able to engage senior stakeholders and work independently in a client-facing setting
- A consulting background is preferred
