Aprašymas

  • Manage product, packaging and marketing approvals from early concepts and artwork through prototypes and production samples.
  • Coordinate submissions, feedback, revisions and approvals with licensors and Product, Design and Marketing teams, keeping records and deadlines on track.
  • Monitor contractual approval requirements, compliance duties and licensing deadlines, escalating delays or outstanding approvals.
  • Confirm required contractual approvals are in place before products are made or shipped and marketing materials are published.
  • Keep approval records complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate samples, artwork, style guides and brand assets between licensors and internal teams.
  • Review licensor royalty reports with Finance.
  • Track advances, minimum guarantees and payment schedules by agreement, territory and channel, identifying shortfalls.
  • Check advertising, social media, PR and point-of-sale materials against licensor brand guidelines before submission.
  • Verify packaging and marketing materials include the correct legal lines, copyright and trademark notices, and licensing marks.
  • Monitor contractual marketing commitments, including spend and launch support, and report progress to licensors.
  • Alert relevant teams to upcoming contractual deadlines and obligations.
  • Monitor licensor requirements for product safety testing, factory audits, insurance and reporting.
  • Handle day-to-day licensor queries as the first point of contact and follow through on resulting actions.
  • Work with Legal on contract questions and new agreements.

  • Able to read contracts and translate them into clear obligations and deadlines.
  • Process-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining systems, records and checklists.
  • Persistent and diplomatic when following up with colleagues and external partners.
  • Clear spoken and written English communication.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced international business.
  • Interest in brands, games, toys and entertainment.
  • Experience in licensing, royalty administration, contract management or compliance is an advantage.
  • Experience in toys, games, entertainment or consumer products is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn.
