- Build the architecture for a scalable, reliable agent platform that can adapt as models advance.
- Create agent-powered workflows and systems for complex investment challenges.
- Develop evaluation, observability, and feedback systems to improve agent reliability and capability.
- Address the infrastructure and deployment needs of running agents reliably in production.
- Help determine how frontier AI is applied to investing and guide the platform’s technical direction.
- Contribute to product development and company operations as an early team member.
- Build from first principles in an environment without legacy systems or established processes.

- Experience building agent systems at a frontier AI lab, agentic startup, top fund, big tech company, or a similar organization.
- Experience deploying agents in production and improving their reliability.
- Experience with orchestration, tool use, context management, and grounding.
- Understanding of agent failure modes, with experience building evaluation and observability systems.
- Understanding of financial markets and a strong interest in investing.
- A BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with unstructured financial data and providers such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or Refinitiv is a plus.
- Experience with agent safety, sandboxing, or guardrails in high-stakes environments is a plus.
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
