  • Have led client engagements and delivery teams in agentic AI, data, and analytics at a consultancy or systems integrator.
  • Have experience recruiting, coaching, and developing engineers.
  • Be able to lead working sessions with technical and business stakeholders, including executives.
  • Bring data engineering and analytics experience, including enterprise data integration and modeling.
  • Have worked with modern data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Google Cloud, AWS data lakes, Palantir, or C3.ai.
  • Have designed agents and AI solutions grounded in enterprise data, using capabilities such as LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and MCP.
  • Have used agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Have modeled business domains as enterprise ontologies or knowledge graphs.
  • Have built machine learning and data science models for forecasting, anomaly detection, or classification.
  • Bring experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace, or financial services.
  • Be able to travel up to 25%.
