Support PMA Consultants’ utility projects through real estate tax administration, financial analysis, reporting, and AI-enabled process improvement.
Aprašymas
- Support data management, real estate tax administration, financial analysis, and process improvement work
- Maintain real estate tax, financial, and operational data for accurate, timely reporting
- Coordinate tax processing, payments, appeals support, invoices, and vendor activities
- Interpret large datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend actions
- Create dashboards and reports that improve visibility into key business metrics
- Advance workflow improvements through automation and AI-enabled solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real estate operations and strategic initiatives
- Complete other assigned duties
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related discipline
- At least one year of combined experience in real estate operations, financial analysis, or cost control
- Familiarity with real estate tax and invoicing processes is preferred
- Strong analytical ability, including experience handling large datasets, creating documents, conducting analysis, and building dashboards and reports
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel features such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP
- Experience with enterprise systems and reporting tools such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, SQL, and Excel
- Experience with Power BI or a comparable data visualization platform is preferred
- Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work for extended periods in front of a computer screen
- Strong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and software applications
- Ability to read and interpret online or printed text
- Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment drug test
