Contract Manager – Supply Chain and Logistics | DSV

Manage customer relationships, contracts, and supply chain optimization for DSV’s global transport and logistics business. This onsite Horsens role involves national and international stakeholder collaboration.

Aprašymas

  • Build and develop relationships with major national and international customers
  • Prepare quotations, manage tenders, and participate in contract negotiations
  • Implement new transport and logistics solutions for existing customers
  • Identify and deliver optimization initiatives across the supply chain
  • Monitor KPIs and service quality
  • Manage deviations and lead problem-solving across the transport chain
  • Contribute to solution design and customers’ supply chain development
  • Collaborate with DSV’s market teams and other divisions in Denmark and Europe
  • Support customers from solution design and implementation through ongoing operations and strategic supply chain development
  • Take ownership, maintain momentum, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders

Reikalavimai

  • Qualified freight forwarder or equivalent relevant experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain
  • Experience managing customers and stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset
  • Analytical and structured approach to work
  • Ability to turn rates, KPIs, and other data into a sound basis for decisions
  • Ability to move between operational detail and tactical and strategic perspectives
  • Interest in process optimization, IT, and business development
  • Able to maintain oversight in a dynamic environment and respond constructively to change and differing stakeholder needs
  • Professional written and spoken communication skills in Danish and English
