Aprašymas

  • Create promotional imagery for campaigns, banners, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop key visuals that convey campaign ideas across marketing channels.
  • Compose detailed scenes by combining photography, 3D renders, effects, and other visual elements.
  • Polish imagery with lighting, color grading, atmospheric effects, and advanced retouching.
  • Refine 3D renders and incorporate them into promotional artwork.
  • Translate briefs, references, and abstract concepts into finished visuals.
  • Work with designers, 3D artists, and motion teams.
  • Adapt artwork to suit different formats, platforms, and marketing needs.
  • Deliver work with strong artistic quality, careful detail, consistent style, and clear visual storytelling.

Reikalavimai

  • At least two years of experience in creative retouching, CG art, promotional design, or a related role.
  • A strong portfolio featuring promotional artwork, key visuals, and high-quality retouching.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Practical experience with compositing and photo manipulation.
  • A solid grasp of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to create atmospheric, engaging, commercially effective visuals from briefs and creative concepts.
  • Experience working with 3D renders and blending them naturally into complex compositions.
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to bring visuals to a polished, high-end finish.
  • Fluency in Russian.
  • Preferred: experience creating performance marketing assets and understanding campaign results.
  • Preferred: hands-on use of AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion.
  • Preferred: basic knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D.
  • Preferred: understanding of marketing visuals, design trends, and how to capture audience attention.
