Help shape and carry out global tax planning strategies.
Maintain compliance with domestic and international tax rules.
Assess complex tax issues to inform business strategy and financial decisions.
Research tax questions and develop analyses that address risk.
Work with teams across the company on restructurings and corporate transactions.
Prepare and maintain records for audits and regulatory reviews.
Coordinate tax planning with internal partners and outside advisers.
Work with colleagues to identify opportunities, advance team priorities, and inform decisions.
Track tax law and regulatory changes to guide compliance and planning.

Талаптар

At least four years of experience in income tax planning.
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field plus two years of relevant accounting, finance, income tax compliance, or related experience; alternatively, four years of experience in one of those areas.
Strong understanding of international tax principles.
Skills in tax planning and research.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to research tax matters and produce clear, well-supported technical documentation.
Ability to collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams.
The role qualifications list an MBA, a master’s degree in accountancy or tax, or a JD with a Tax LLM.
Preferred qualifications include leading cross-functional projects, a license to practice law in at least one state, supervisory experience, a JD, a master’s degree, and CPA certification.
