  • Manage corporate insurance and risk programs, including coverage, compliance, and claims follow-up.
  • Oversee treasury activities such as cash flow, bank account controls, financial transactions, and relationships with financial institutions.
  • Assess property, fleet, general liability, and life insurance policies for risk exposure and coverage adequacy.
  • Track policy renewals, compare market options, and negotiate with brokers and insurers.
  • Maintain records of insured assets and their associated values at risk.
  • Document and monitor claims from initiation through settlement, including required documentation and follow-up.
  • Advise internal teams on insurance policies, coverage, and related processes.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and insurer requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, insurers, and claims adjusters.
  • Support cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange transactions, derivatives, and debt activities across Brazil and LATAM.
  • Review forecasts and explain material variances.
  • Monitor bank balances to maintain adequate funding for daily payments.
  • Manage and report bank fees while identifying cost savings and process improvements.
  • Update financial controls and calculations in spreadsheets and systems, including balance and operating cash generation reports.
  • Calculate and validate interest on loans and investments, along with derivative adjustments.
  • Support accounting activities for loans, investments, and derivatives.
  • Maintain financial data in the Wall Street System.
  • Keep banking contracts and agreements current, complete, and properly signed.
  • Prepare the monthly Treasury accounting close and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Evaluate and compare banking products for fundraising, financing, foreign exchange, and investments.
  • Contribute to projects and Lean Thinking initiatives, including EMS and EAI.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of financial mathematics.
  • Professional experience in treasury operations.
  • Experience with insurance, policy placement, and policy analysis.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and/or Power Automate is preferred.
