Transportation Account Manager – Los Angeles (Hybrid)
Manage specialized transportation and trucking insurance accounts in a hybrid Los Angeles role. Oversee fleet coverage, renewals, carrier marketing, and ongoing client relationships.

- Own account management for a dedicated portfolio of commercial transportation risks
- Provide daily client service, including policy updates, endorsements, and renewals
- Develop bid specifications and compile loss runs and fleet censuses
- Market fleet renewals and new business to regional and national transportation insurers
- Administer complex coverage programs for general freight, agricultural hauling, hazardous materials, and other specialized transportation risks
- Build responsive working relationships with risk managers, fleet directors, and carrier underwriters
- Partner with Producers, Account Executives, and safety and claims specialists to provide services beyond standard policy placement

- Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Bring at least three years of commercial lines account management experience
- Have experience working in an independent insurance agency
- Demonstrate success marketing and servicing transportation accounts and commercial fleet risks
- Use agency management platforms such as Applied Epic or AMS360 proficiently
- Work confidently with carrier rating portals
