Develop and execute the regional transport strategy in line with customer priorities and broader business objectives
Manage transport performance across multiple sites, covering service delivery, compliance, productivity, KPIs and operational risk
Serve as the senior escalation contact for major transport, safety, customer, workforce and operational matters
Control regional budgets, forecasts and commercial results while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and growth
Lead, coach and develop Transport Managers, strengthening regional capability and succession planning
Govern fleet governance to keep vehicles and transport assets legally compliant, available for operations and fit for purpose
Promote continuous improvement, innovation and best practice through scalable solutions across the transport network

Талаптар

Senior leadership experience in multi-site transport, logistics or supply chain operations
Strong understanding of transport legislation, fleet compliance, operator licensing and regulatory obligations
Track record of managing budgets, P&Ls, forecasts and contractual performance
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence customers, senior executives and external organizations
Proven ability to lead and develop people, including coaching senior managers and planning succession
Experience leading large-scale change, continuous improvement and operational transformation programs
Full UK driving licence
International Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
