- Support production for Samsara’s annual Beyond customer conference, global Go Beyond programs, and other hosted events
- Coordinate keynote and breakout planning from initial development through execution
- Prepare run-of-show documents and detailed production timelines
- Define audiovisual requirements and organize rehearsals
- Coordinate executives and internal and external speakers
- Source vehicles and event equipment
- Manage partnerships with production vendors, internal stakeholders, and venue teams
