- Partner with Product Management to turn product strategy and vision into iterative, actionable plans
- Direct daily workstreams and resolve dependencies across product, marketing, software, and data teams
- Assess program health, uncover process gaps and operational blockers, and implement rapid solutions
- Plan and facilitate focused cross-functional meetings
- Establish operating cadences, including leadership syncs and launch-readiness reviews
- Own communication planning, including Confluence hubs, to maintain stakeholder alignment
- Build and continuously improve scalable operating systems and workflows for the product team
- Maintain and share timelines, monitor risks, and implement governance frameworks
- Support prioritization, feedback loops, roadmap planning, and alignment across PRE programs

- Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical discipline, or healthcare, or equivalent practical experience
- At least four years of program management or product operations experience in a fast-paced healthtech or digital health organization
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for structuring multi-team projects, tracking cross-functional dependencies, and creating status dashboards
- Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools such as Google Gemini, Cursor, Claude, or specialized project management extensions
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate shifting personalities and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across functions
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to distill key points for executives while also engaging deeply with execution teams
- Experience creating structure for ambiguous, fast-moving programs involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work efficiently, improvise, and adapt quickly to changing workflows
- Experience managing programs in regulated environments, including work with licensed clinical networks, health coaches, or HIPAA-compliant processes
- PMP or Prosci Change Management certification is preferred
- Must not need employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future to work in the United States
