- Deliver goal-focused onsite and telehealth EAP counseling through brief, solution-focused interventions
- Support clients with culturally responsive care
- Complete risk assessments, safety plans, and crisis stabilization when needed
- Provide high-quality counseling that supports positive outcomes and client satisfaction
- Manage a full adult caseload, primarily individual therapy with occasional couples counseling
- Coordinate client scheduling, follow-up visits, and communication between sessions
- Build clinical expertise through ongoing review of treatment approaches and evidence-based practices
- Handle additional clinical responsibilities as assigned
Талаптар
- Master’s-level licensed clinician
- Independent LPC or LCSW licensure is required
- At least five years of clinical services experience
- Required experience conducting mental health assessments
- Experience with risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis stabilization
- Ability to treat adults with varied mental health conditions and life challenges
- Experience serving diverse populations with culturally responsive care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment, analytical ability, and critical thinking
- Effective time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage an independent schedule and client caseload
- Substance use assessment experience is preferred
- Experience delivering short-term, solution-focused therapy is preferred
- Telehealth counseling experience is preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings, is preferred but not required
