Lead end-to-end automation for the Walmart and VIZIO application platform
Design scalable automation frameworks and reinforce CI/CD quality gates
Improve application reliability and overall product quality
Implement Smart TV automation and concurrent certification for first-party and third-party applications across multiple TV platforms
Develop Python and pytest frameworks covering smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing
Support CI/CD operations through test orchestration, pipeline provisioning, nightly execution, quality checks, and artifact publishing
Advance AI-enabled capabilities such as test generation, traceability, risk-based prioritization, self-healing workflows, and dynamic scaling
Deploy resilient automation patterns with retries, reconnection handling, fallback paths, and failure diagnostics
Develop advanced quality reporting with Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, or comparable tools
Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Product, and Release teams to improve testability, quality strategy, and production readiness
Refine software application quality to support defect-free releases
Work in an Agile environment, attend daily status meetings, and contribute to architecture and planning discussions
Maintain documentation and encourage coding, architecture, and automation best practices

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of software engineering experience, or 4 years of software engineering experience
At least 4 years of video-domain automation experience with ownership of individual modules
At least 5 years of hands-on development with Python-based automation frameworks
Advanced knowledge of OCR and AI-based screen validation for TV user interfaces
Demonstrated experience automating CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions
Familiarity with pre-commit tooling and secure quality practices
Experience creating executive-ready quality dashboards and reporting systems
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, large language models, and agentic workflows
Technical understanding of Linux operating system architecture and device models
Hands-on experience with cloud services, Docker execution, scalable runners, and containerized automation environments
