- Coordinate shipping schedules and cargo movement with carriers, partners, and customs authorities
- Resolve delays, discrepancies, damaged-goods issues, and other operational problems
- Evaluate the performance of operational partners and service providers
- Maintain accurate records of ship calls, costs, and operational activities
- Work with internal teams to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily logistics operations and coordination among stakeholders
Талаптар
- Degree in foreign trade, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in shipping and port operations, including boarding clerk, operations assistant or executive, cargo flow, or related roles
- Demonstrable experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or related industries
- Ability to understand complex processes, define problems, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical situations
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, local practices, and customs applicable to ports within the assigned jurisdiction
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and practices
- Proficiency with logistics management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Brazilian nationality or current legal authorization to work in Brazil
