  • Lead redesigns of websites, homepages, product and collection pages, and carts from discovery and information architecture through final UI.
  • Design landing pages and post-click funnels that guide paid visitors from ad click to checkout.
  • Work with the CRO lead to conduct site audits, develop hypotheses, and plan test roadmaps.
  • Create A/B test variants and help evaluate their results.
  • Build interactive prototypes in Figma or HTML/CSS for client presentations and developer handoff.
  • Design responsive, mobile-first Shopify experiences that fit theme, app, section, and block constraints.
  • Help develop component libraries and page-builder section systems.
  • Shape page narratives and guide copy for headlines, offers, and buy box messaging.
  • Present concepts, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback.
  • Work with developers on feasibility, handoff, and quality assurance.
  • Improve design procedures, file organization, and workflows, including AI-assisted design and prototyping.
  • Coordinate with strategy, paid media, creative, development, and project management teams to support client growth goals.

  • At least five years of UX/UI design experience focused on ecommerce websites and landing pages.
  • Practical CRO experience, including designing tests, interpreting results, and showing conversion impact.
  • Knowledge of Shopify themes, sections, metafields and objects, common apps, and implementation constraints.
  • Advanced Figma skills, including auto layout, variants, components, tokens, and prototyping.
  • Experience working at an agency or across multiple clients.
  • A portfolio demonstrating design process and launched ecommerce work, ideally with results.
  • DTC or CPG brand experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing tools such as Intelligems, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
  • Experience with landing page builders and direct-response page structure.
  • AI proficiency is a plus, including experience with Claude, Codex, or Figma AI.
  • Confidence presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once.
  • Clear communication with developers, strategists, and copywriters.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must state whether employment visa sponsorship is currently or potentially required.
