  • Run Motive’s technical SEO program through recurring audits of crawlability, indexation, rendering, redirects, canonical tags, internal links, structured data, and page quality.
  • Use and refine AI-assisted workflows to convert crawl and search data into prioritized fixes, applying human review before deployment.
  • Work with Content and Web teams to identify and resolve content cannibalization and duplication.
  • Partner with Web Engineering to address errors, warnings, and performance issues across important pages and templates.
  • Optimize product, solution, and industry pages for high-intent non-brand searches.
  • Strengthen information architecture, navigation, and internal linking to capture long-tail demand.
  • Lead technical SEO for international sites, including hreflang, regional sitemaps, canonical strategies, and localized templates.
  • Set technical SEO requirements for new templates, page types, and CMS capabilities.
  • Perform SEO quality assurance for launches, migrations, and redesigns.
  • Translate SEO findings into clear requirements for engineering teams.
  • Serve as the primary technical SEO partner for web and marketing stakeholders, explaining trade-offs and impact to non-technical colleagues.
  • Collaborate with Web, Web Engineering, Content, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, content SEO, and AI-search teams.

  • At least five years of technical SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex environments with multiple templates.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced knowledge of crawling, indexation, JavaScript SEO, sitemaps, canonicals, redirects, hreflang, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, performance, and mobile UX.
  • Experience scaling information architecture across category, product, long-tail, international, and localized pages.
  • Knowledge of implementing and validating schema.org and JSON-LD.
  • Experience diagnosing keyword cannibalization at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with web and engineering teams to deliver technical fixes and measure effects on traffic, leads, and pipeline.
  • Experience using AI or agentic workflows to automate SEO audits and recommendations with appropriate human oversight.
  • Strong understanding of AEO, generative search, crawler access, structured data, page architecture, algorithm updates, AI search features, and evolving SEO measurement.
  • Strong analytical capability with large crawl and search datasets.
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, log analyzers, and web analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Applicants must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
